Ribbon and bead necklace…. CHECK!

Inspired by the ribbon and pearl necklaces seen all over the web, I had an idea to make my own version from a couple of things around the house I’d been wanting to repurpose. I had a couple of broken chunky bead necklaces, a broken pearl and chain necklace, and a piece of leopard ribbon to work with. Determined to use them all and not have them staring me in the face every day, I got to work.

It’s very easy to find tutorials and pics for this kind of necklace. My favorite though was from love, Maegan.

So pretty and fancy! I knew I wanted mine to be funky, and it sure ended up that way!

 
My husband was willing to demonstrate how great it looks with a brown tee!
