This year, we decided to take the simple approach to gift requests. Otherwise, Nick’s list would be six pages long. I asked the boys to name something they WANT, NEED, something to WEAR, and something to READ.
I loved doing this with them. Nick was concerned about getting only 4 gifts. I explained that he could only request these 4 and Santa would try his hardest, but that if he was extra good, maybe he’d get some bonus gifts as well.
I was so relieved that their lists weren’t anything off the wall. This got me to thinking about what I would ask from Santa. Want a gift card to TJ Maxx/Marshall’s. Need a camera. Would like to wear new riding boots. Would like to read on a Kindle.
What would be on your list of 4?
My list would be pretty similar – except change TJ Maxx to Old Navy or Target and change the Kindle to a Google Nexus 7
