I feel like I have so much to say today!

Yesterday, Dustin and I got the best news! I can’t say too much, but basically he is going to school in the evenings. We thought he would start next week at the soonest but when he went to get some paperwork done yesterday, they told him he could start Wednesday. We are overjoyed because this is bringing an amazing opportunity our way. In about six weeks, I’ll tell you more!

I go through so many internal struggles over a few reoccurring issues. Lately, it’s my education and future profession. I think I have finally figured out what I want and where I’m going, but I’m keeping it quiet until it’s official.

Taco Bell is launching Cool Ranch Dorito Tacos on March 7. I know I eat healthy, but y’all – COOL RANCH. YUM.

It looks like we will have a date night Saturday and are going to see a favorite musician of mine, David St. Romain. I can’t wait to introduce Dustin to him! Obviously, I’ll be taking my signed koozie.

One of the great dreams of my life has always been to write a novel and have it published. I’m getting on that as soon as I get a laptop. No time like the present, right?

I’m getting really frustrated with the fact that everyone except me seems to have great success thrifting and yard-saling and flea-marketing to find secondhand furniture. I have so many pieces I’m on the lookout for and haven’t found a single thing in my price range. Maybe I’m cheap, but I refuse to pay $100 for someone’s 1970s dresser. I’m certainly not paying $40 for a particleboard nightstand. Forget it. My dad found me a sturdy L-shaped office desk… for $11. What the what?!!? I’m in the process of turning it into my craft and sewing center. I will not give up until I find all the pieces I need for my house!
