Wow, have I really not updated since Week 14?!
Body Changes: I am right on track with healthy weight gain. Unfortunately, I’m developing a layer of belly flub from one too many dorito-and-coke binges. Time to dial it back. My boobs are out of control and look vulgar in everything I wear. I feel like my belly button may pop out this time, for the first time ever. It looks way different than it ever did.
Clothes: I still haven’t bought jeans. I tried, but I hate them all. I am putting leggings under dresses and tunics most of the time. I desperately need a few new things.
Gender: GIRL! I still can’t believe this is true. So amazing!
Movement: She is one active little girl! She kicks a lot and it’s actually becoming uncomfortable. Her favorite is to go crazy when I lie down to go to sleep at night.
Sleep: Overnight bathroom trips. Inability to find a comfortable position. Kicking baby. I’m having a hard time sleeping!
Cravings: Cool Ranch Doritos. Water with lots of ice.
Other symptoms: The pelvic/sciatic pain is unreal. I am having a hard time walking or sitting. Lying down is often the only relief I get. I have almost fallen three times now because of the pain. Also super out of breath and winded from a single trip up the stairs.
Appointment notes: I have an appointment scheduled for the Friday after Christmas, but I have decided to switch OBs. I have my first appointment with the new one today. I am totally nervous about it, but I’m tired of being brushed off when I have intense pain.
